UNIQUE BRANDING

Have text permanently marked on the chime of the keg-Brewery name, phone number, serial number and date of manufacture using our Laser Marking in a wear resistant form that cannot be scratched, knocked out, or covered by stickers. Want a keg that matches a specific beers branding or a keg in your brewery colors? Depending on quantities kegs can be made in nearly any color. The colors are not superficial- it is integral to the material; so scratches will not show a contrasting base layer color. Due to the Poly-tech 104's UV resistance kegs will not fade as quickly as other mass produced plastics products and will maintain their recognizability for many years.

PATENTED CONSTRUCTION

The Liquid Shells are bonded together using a patented process developed between the USA and UK. The bonding process ensures there is a super smooth finish on the outside and more importantly on the inside. Your keg will withstand all the pressure and strains of normal working use; and maintain its strength and shape for the duration of its life.

RFID Enabled KEEP TRACK

Radio Frequency Identification. The keg can be fitted with a discreet RFID tag internally within the keg, meaning it cannot be removed or damaged in normal use. This affords breweries the opportunity to monitor the filling date for kegs, gyle data, which line they were filled on and easily check multiple kegs at once without individually scanning each keg. More importantly it allows breweries to monitor exactly if and where kegs are being lost before too much time and money is wasted.

PRECISE DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION

No rough edges or burrs on the chimes for safe + easy handling; CNC computer controlled moulding and assembly equipment ensures every keg comes out the same; with extremely tight tolerances in diameter and thread of the extractor valve thread every time.

SAFETY FIRST

A safety pressure release feature is in the underside of the keg covered by the chime. Should the pressure in the keg exceed 8 Bar, the bursting disc will exhaust the contents of the keg into the chimb; safely dispersing the liquid.

RACK + STACK

No need for special stacking systems or palleted; the HDPE Chimes are designed to stack safely + easily with each other for both shipping and storage. Because of the inherent friction in HDPE the kegs are more stable on each other and the floor, and are less likely to slide than metal kegs; reducing the chance of damage to work surfaces/floors should they fall.

REAL LIFE COST

A far lower upfront purchase price of an equivalent metal keg, virtually no scrap value in the plastic so reduced risk of theft, no need for regular servicing:

WHISPER QUIET

When was the last time you saw a plastic school bell or Caribbean Steel band using plastic drums? Plastic kegs are easier to manoeuvre around the work place because of their weight; and quieter because of their construction.

GENTLE INTEGRATION

Use metal kegs and plastic kegs concurrently.

SODA POTENTIAL

Afraid of kegs being tainted by sodas? don't be: the keg doesn't taint the content in anyway different to a metal keg; still afraid of mixing beer with soda at point of sale? use different colored kegs.

WEIGHT SAVE=COST SAVE

60% the weight of an equivalent metal keg; increased payload for the same gross vehicle weight for trucks, thus reducing fuel/freight costs.

CIP

Usage in the UK and USA and independent testing have proved that it will withstand all metal keg cleaning regimes.

MADE IN AMERICA

Made in California; if you have any questions/issues our staff are in the same time zone; more importantly being made in the USA reduces the lead times and freight costs.

DEVELOP YOUR BUSINESS

Unique branding opportunities, reduced risk of theft and lower initial outlay enables breweries to explore different routes to market that previously with metal kegs would have been too costly/risky.
